Ollie Jehu

Later, at the Miners Arms, the complainant approached Jehu, seemingly to apologize, but Jehu punched him, rendering him unconscious and causing a fractured skull and brain bleed.

Jehu avoided jail time, receiving an 18-month custodial sentence for the grievous bodily harm, which was reduced to 12 months and suspended for two years. He was ordered to complete 200 hours of unpaid work. For the assault at the Red Lion, he was fined £992, with the amount uplifted due to the homophobic aggravating factor.
