Lloyd Howlett

A former teacher named Lloyd Howlett has been issued a prohibition order by the Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA) in the UK due to findings of unacceptable professional conduct related to non-consensual sexual conduct with two adult women, identified as Person A and Person B. While character references described Mr. Howlett as a caring and dedicated teacher with no previous misconduct, the panel noted he showed limited insight or remorse regarding his actions.
