He appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on June 19, 2024. On October 7, 2024, at Worcester Crown Court, Biddle was detained for 15 months in a Young Offender Institution. He was convicted of section 20 wounding (without intent) and possession of a knife/blade in a public place. Not guilty verdicts were entered for the more serious charge of section 18 wounding with intent and affray. A Youth Rehabilitation Order made on June 18 was revoked, and Biddle was ordered to pay a £187 victim surcharge.

Burglary Incident (Broadwas)

More recently, Doulton Biddle, aged 19 and residing at Glebe Estate in Stratford-upon-Avon, was charged with burglary with intent to steal alongside Adam Bevan, Kieran Allton, and Leon Biddle. This charge stemmed from a break-in at a property in Broadwas on April 7, 2026. Doulton Biddle, along with the other three men, was due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on April 9, 2026. All four men admitted to the offence at a hearing on May 5, 2026. On July 2, 2026, at Worcester Crown Court, Doulton Biddle was sentenced to 19 months at a Young Offenders' Institution for his role in the burglary.
