In July 2020, a 24-year-old Declan Morrison appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court and pleaded guilty to four assaults that occurred in March of that year in Glasgow's Thornwood area. He attacked a woman, repeatedly punching and kicking her, dragging her by the hair, and threatening to take her mobile phone. He then assaulted two men who told him to leave them alone, punching one and kicking him on the ground. He also punched a third man and struck him with a glass bottle. The court heard that one victim was left with permanent scarring.
